152 Resolve authorizing a Special Term of the Supreme Judicial Court in the County of Somerset, reported as duly engrossed by the same Committee, was finally passed.
The same Committee reported as duly engrossed the Bill - making valid the Acts and Resolves passed by the Legislature of the year Eighteen hundred and thirty and for other purposes - and the question upon passing this Bill to be Enacted was taken by yeas and nays as follows - Yeas 75, Nays 30. and so this Bill was passed to be Enacted.
And the House adjourned until half past nine o'clock tomorrow morning.
