Mr Nickerson of Brewer had leave of absence after Friday next during the remainder of the Sessions.

Resolve respecting the dividing line between Hollis and Lyman was taken up and ordered to lie on the table.

Report of Committee on Incorporation of Towns granting an order of Notice on the Petition of Nathaniel Hoyt and others came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Bill additional respecting the Court of Common Pleas was taken up agreeably to assignment and indefinitely postponed and Mr Herrick of Alfred gave notice that the should tomorrow move for a reconsideration of the vote indefinitely, postponing the same.

Report of the Committee on the Judiciary to whom was referred an order for providing by law for requesting all attachments upon real estate in the office of Register of Deeds ect that legislation on that subject is not expedient came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report of the same Committee to whom was referred an order of the 12th of January relative to authorizing Assessors of taxes to demand of Cashiers of Banks certain information asking to be discharged from further consideration of the subject came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.
