On motion of Mr. Bradbury of Hollis Ordered that the joint standing Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of repealing an additional Act entitled an Act respecting the appointment of Clerks of the Judicial Court passed February 21, 1829. sent up for concurrence.

Report of the Committee on the Judiciary to whom was referred an order of Feby 19th respecting paupers in towns situated on the Eastern frontier, that legislation on the subject is inexpedient was read and accepted. sent up for concurrence.
