[Report on the pet of Sebago] Mr. Gardner, from the committee on the apportionment of representatives reported on the petition of the town of Sebago, read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. [Resolve in favor of messenger of Gov and Council] Resolve providing compensation for the messenger of the Governor and Council and for the draftsman, laid on the table by Mr. Megquier was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
