224 Mr. Bradbury of Anson has leave of absence after Monday next during the remainder of the Session.

On motion of Mr. McCrate of Nobleboro' Ordered that a message be sent to the Senate and also to the Governor and Council informing them that John Ruggles Esq has resigned his seat as Speaker of the House of Representatives and that Benjamin White Esquire of Monmouth has been duly chosen in his stead and the Clerk by message acquainted the Senate therewith and Mr. McCrate was charged to communicate the same to the Governor and Council.

Ordered, that when this House adjourn, it adjourn until Monday morning next at ten o'clock. And the House adjourned
