115 On motion of Mr. Boyd, Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of amending or repealing an act entitled an act in addition to an act respecting pounds and impounding beasts going at large or damage feasant passed February 1825 - sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Frost, Ordered that the Committee on Banks and Banking be instructed to inquire into the expediency of revising the second section of an Act to restrain unincorporated Banking Associations and for other purposes passed March 13, 1821 so as to give Bills of a denomination less than five dollars of any incorporated Bank in the State of Vermont the same currency as those of the Banks of New Hampshire and Massachusetts with leave to report by bill or otherwise - sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Shapleigh Ordered, that the Joint Standing Committee on Literary Institutions be directed to inquire into the expediency of repealing the 5th section of an additional act providing for the education of youth passed February 25, 1825 - and report by bill or otherwise - sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Rust Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of so altering the third section of an act entitled an Act for the abolition of honest debtors for debt passed March 31, 1831 as to allow Justices of the Peace not being of the quorum to administer the poor debtor's oath - sent up for concurrence.
