104 Babage, and Boardman be a Committee with such as the Senate may join to take into consideration the expediency of appointing an Inspector General of Fish - sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr Magoun. Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to consider the expediency of altering or amending, or adding to the Laws now in force, in relation to the location of Highways - sent up for concurrence -

On Motion of Mr O'Brien. Ordered, that Messrs OBrien, Smith of Portland, and Wright - be a Committee with such as the SEnate may join to consider the expediency of retaining in the possession of the Legislation all petitions an other papers presented in support of claims against the State, whether allowed or not, with leave to report by resolve or otherwise sent up for concurrence -

On motion of Mr FOlson Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire, whether any alteration be necessary in the third section of the law regulating pilotage, passed Feb. 24. 1831. with leave to report by bill or otherwise - sent up for concurrence.

Ordered, that the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals be instructed to enquire into the expediency of limiting by law the weight that may be transported on public roads - also the thickness of fellows on which such weight shall be transported - sent up for concurrence -
