Bill - additional establishing and regulating the fees of the several officers and other persons therein mentioned way read first and second time and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a third reading
Report - on Petition of John Blunt and others for a new town - that the same be referred to the next Legislature was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
Bill - to set off the land of John Gowen and others from Acton to Shapleigh way read first and second time and tomorrow at ten o'clock was assigned for a third reading
Bill - to incorporate the Proprietors of the Congregational Meetinghouse in Limerick - was read first and second time and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a third reading.
Bill - additional to acts to incorporate the proprietors of Saco Boom was read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
Report of Committee on interior Fisheries granting leave to withdraw on Petition of Sundry Inhabitants of the Island of Monhegan came from the Senate recommitted to the same Committee for concurrence and the House concurred.
Report - on Petition of Jacob McDaniels and others granting leave to withdraw came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
