The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as truly engrossed -

Bill - for the prosecution and punishment of Accessaries [Accessories] in Felonies - which was passed to be enacted - sent up for concurrence -

The same Committee also report as duly engrossed -

Resolve - for obtaining the arguments and maps in relation to the North Eastern Boundary -

Resolve - for clearing out and making passable certain portages in this State - which were severally finally passed.

Mr. Boutelle of Waterville presented a Protest signed by himself and sixty one others, members of the House against an Act entitled "An Act making valid the Acts and Resolves passed by the Legislature of the year 1830 and for other purposes" which protest being read - it was ordered to be entered at length on the Journal of this House.

The House reconsider their votes passing to be enacted and to be engrossed Bill to establish the Reed Ferry Company - amend the original Bill as on sheet thereunto annexed marked D - and order the same to be reengrossed sent up for concurrence -

Ordered that when this House adjourn - it adjourn until half past six o'clock this evening

And the House adjourned
