Resolve - laying a tax on the several Counties in this State was read a second time and passed to be engrossed sent up for concurrence.

Memorial of the Land Agent in relation to Anthony Merchants contract for the purchase of a part of Merchants Island was read and referred to the Committee on State Lands - sent up for concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed -
