93 On motion of Mr. Williamson, Ordered that the Joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary be requested to enquire into the expediency of requiring the Reporter of Decisions to report all capital trials, or so much thereof as shall embrace decided questions of law; to report by Bill or otherwise.
