116 Resolve granting aid for the making of a road in Penobscot County, was taken up on motion of Mr. Bradbury, and after some discussion on motion of Mr. Burnham was again laid on the table. Resolve in favor of Sewall Watson came from the House indefinitely postponed. The Senate nonconcur the House in indefinite postponement and insist on their former vote passing the same to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Bill for the preservation of Rumford Bridge came from the House amended, the Senate nonconcur the House and refuse to adopt the amendment, and insist on their former vote passing the same to be engrossed in its original form. Sent down for concurrence.
