Resolve in favor of the town of Cape Elizabeth was read 1st time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading

Resolve relating to the State arsenal was read a 2nd time and passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft sent up for concurrence

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the Fulton Steam Mills was read a 3rd time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked and sent up for concurrence
