227 On motion of Mr. Frost, Ordered, that whenever any confidential communication shall be received from the Governor or from the Senate, the Representatives Hall and Gallery shall be cleared of all persons, except Members, the Clerk, Assistant Clerk, and his assistants - and all persons present shall keep the proceedings secret while in session until by order the injunction of secrecy shall be taken off, and the door keeper and assistants shall be under oath to keep the secrets of the House in the same manner that members are bound to - the oath to be administered by the Speaker of the House.
