On motion of Mr Swett of Prospect Ordered that the committee on interior fisheries be instructed to enquire into the expediency of enlarging the duties and powers of county fish wardens - for the more effectually protecting fish in the waters of the Penobscot River - with leave to report by bill or otherwirese - read & passed - sent up for concurrence -
