101 Monday Jan 21 1833 On motion of Mr Cobb. Ordered, that a message be sent to the House of Representatives informing that body, that one Tuesday next at eleven oclock in the forenoon, the Senate will on their part proceed to the choice of a Major General for the fourth Division of the Militia of this Mate which message was delivered by the Secretary.

Resolve relating to the Canada Road for the relief of Lewis Brisbee relative to a bridge in the town of Cherryfield Bill to annex a part of the town of Cornville to Milburn were severally assigned for a second reading.
