147 House of Representatives Thursday January 31 1833

Met according to adjournment

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill to incorporate the Piscataquis Mutual Insurance Company which was passed to be enacted

The same Committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve relating to the Baring and Houlton Road which was finally passed

An Order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the Secretary of State to inform the Legislature what appropriations of Money on Lands have been made for State Roads and Bridges in the State of Maine since the 20th day of March 1821 designating the several Roads and the amount of appropriation and expenditure upon each one and the names of the several Agents or Commissioners under whose superintendence, the said Money appropriate have been expended, and to communicate such information as he may posses as to the progress, which has been made towards completing the several State Roads aforesaid Read and passed in concurrence

An Order came from the Senate for concurrence, directing the Joint Select Committee on so much of the Governors Message as relates to the Claim of Maine on Massachusetts to enquire into the expedient of enquiring and ascertaining from the Executive of Massachusetts whether any Agents have within one year last past been employed at the supposed joint expense of Maine and
