188 Bill to annex a part of the town of York to South Berwick came up from the House recommitted . The Senate reconsider their vote , passing said Bill to be engrossed and recommit the same in concurrence. On motion of Mr. Farnsworth, Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of altering the law in the collection of Taxes on Nonresident land, with leave to report by bill or otherwise.
