The Secretary of State laid on the table a written Message from the Governor, which was read, and together with the accompanying documents, referred to the Committee, who have under consideration certain Resolutions from Georgia. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Webb, on leave obtained, laid on the table Bill in addition to an act for the prevention of damage by fine, and the safe keeping of gunpowder. Read once & Saturday next at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading, and in the mean time committed to the joint standing committee on the Judiciary. Sent down for concurrence.
