Bill additional to incorporate the City if Bangor was read once and passed to be engrossed as taken in new draft, in concurrence.
Mr Rogers from the Committee on Conference to which was referred the disagreement of the town Houses in relation to Bill enlarging the jurisdiction of Justices of the Peace in civil cases, made a report that the two Houses adhere to their respective votes of disagreement. The question of accepting said report, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, was decided in the affirmative as follows, to wit: Yeas. Messrs. Bradbury, Brown, Cobb, Cogswell, Chandler, Emmons, Farnham, Groton, Howard, Labaree, Manning, Porter, Prescott, Read, Rogers, Smith and Williamson, ---- 17. Nays.
