156 On the question of receding from the vote whereby the House refused to concur with the Senate in amending the Bill regulating the survey of Lumber in the County of Penobscot, by striking out in the 4th section, the following words - "Provided nevertheless, that any persons may sell and dispose of their lumber at the Mill Marks, and same may be shipped without survey," and concurring with the Senate in said amendment.
