Bill in addition to an Act to incorporate the Penobscot Mill Dam Company. Read twice and passed to be engrossed as amended in concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills, reported as correctly engrossed : Bill to incorporate the Penobscot Agricultural Society. Bill in addition to an act for organizing and governing the militia. Bill to incorporate the Eastport Mutual Fire Insurance Company Bill authorizing the erection of a Wharf in the tide waters in Eastport. Bill additional to provide for the education of Youth; and the same were severally passed to be enacted

The same Committee reported as correctly engrossed; Resolve granting aid for the making of a road in Penobscot County; Resolve in favor of Samuel Sevey: and the same were severally finally passed

Bill to incorporate the Kenduskeag Turnpike Company, came from the House; the House nonconcur the Senate in referring said Bill to the next Legislature, and pass the same to be engrossed; and the question on adhering, being ordered to be taken by Yeas and Nays, was decided in the affirmation
