Met according to adjournment

Bill to incorporate the Readfield Cotton and Woblen Manufacturing Company - laid on the table by Mr Bean of Readfield - was read once and committed to the Committee on Manufactures - sent up for concurrence

Bill to set off a part of the town of Hallowell and annex the same to the town of Gardiner - came from the Senate, they having nonconcurred the House in the passage of the Bill and referred the same to the next Legislature - and the House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed - sent up

Bill additional to an Act respecting public shows and exhibition, was taken up further amended on sheets annexed and passed to be engrossed sent up for concurrence

Resolve repealing a Resolve, fixing the compensation of the Agents on certain Roads - was read a second time and indefinitely postponed - sent up for concurrence

Bill to annex a part of the town of Cornville to the town of Milburn - was taken up and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading

Bill to appropriation and assess on the inhabitants of this State a tax of Fifty, thousand four hundred, ten dollars and eight cents, was read a first and second time and tomorrow at nine oclock assigned for a third reading-
