Resolve in favour of Oliver Perkins " in favour of Nicholas Peirce " in favour of Henry Bickford " in favour of Charles S. Preble, reported by the committee on Military Pensions, were severally read once, and tomorrow at ten o'clock in the forenoon assigned for a second reading.

The petition of Benjamin Sweat and others; " of David Buttens and others; " of Samuel Sawyers and others; " of Benjamin Osgood and others; " of Elisha Athens and others; for an academy at Exeter were severally read an referred to the joint standing committee on Literary Institutions in concurrence.

On motion of Mr Meqquier, Ordered that six hundred copies of the documents, communicated to the Legislature by the Governour, which relate to the North Eastern Boundary and the abduction of our citizens by the authorities of New Brunswick, be printed for the use of the Legislature.
