158 requiring the Inspectors of Fish to make an annual return to the Governor & Council ect, came down nonconcurred, and the the subject matter thereof referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries for concurrence, and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of Josiah Crosby & others, came down form the Senate, the body adhering to their vote whereby they accepted the same as amended by them so as to give leave to withdraw - and the House recede from their vote of 3rd inst, accepting the original report, and concur with the Senate - and this question was taken by yeas & nays and decided as follows yeas 76 nays 45. See appendix page 343.]
