On amending the Report of the Committee on State Lands on the subject of enquiring into the expediency of repealing the Resolve for establishing a Board of Internal Improvements, passed February 28th. 1834, so as to strike out the words "that legislation is inexpedient," and substitute the words "a Resolve for establishing a Board of Internal Improvements, which is herewith submitted".
