Resolve in favor of Benjamin Dunn, laid on the table by Mr Smith of Newfield, was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill respecting gifts, grants & bequests to Religious & other Societies, was read a third time and indefinitely postponed.

Resolve, respecting the Massachusetts the Massachusetts Claim, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve for the payment of Accounts against the State - was read 1st & 2nd time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
