On motion of Mr Pond of Bucksport, Ordered That the Clerk be made up the usual number of twenty days additional pay for examining & comparing the original entries, making up the Journal & filing the papers after the close of the session - read & passed.

Resolve rescinding part of Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State passed March 6th 1829, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - an act incorporate the town of Argyle came again from the Senate, that today adhering their vote passing the same to be engrossed agreeably to the report of their conferences - The house accept the report of their conferences, and adhere to their vote postponing the same indefinitely -

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State - for the payment of accounts against the State - rescinding part of Resolve for the payment of accounts against against the State passed March 6 1829 - providing compensation to the Chaplains of the Legislature - respecting roads & bridges in Patricktown plantation - in favor of Benjamin Dunn - in favor of John G Deane - and additional Resolve appointing Commissioners to settle with kona certain Land agents - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

The same committee reported as duly engrossed - Bill - an additional act to prevent the destruction of Trout & Pickerel in Sebago Pond in the County of Cumberland - - additional act respecting the Gardiner Lyceum - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
