220 whereas contrary to the general usage which has tither to prevailed between the two House, the Senate after adhering to their previous votes have refused to appoint Conferees - Therefore Ordered, That the Conferees appointed on the part of this House be discharged from further duty - read & passed.

Resolve providing compensation for certain officers, was read once and indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.
