Mr. Farnsworth from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals to which were referred Petition of the town of Princeton, " of the inhabitants of Baileyville, " of Phillip Morrill and others, and " of the town of Ellsworth, praying for the passage of a law, requiring the use of broad rimmed wheels, made a report, asking leave to be discharged from the further consideration of said petitions, and that the same be referred to the Joint Standing Committee having that subject under consideration.
