The Senate resumed the consideration of the Preamble and Resolves respecting the United States Bank. and the question of passing said Resolves to be engrossed, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, was decided in the affirmative as follows to wit; Yeas Messrs Bridgham, Burnham, Davee, Dunlap, Eastman, Emerson, Gibson, Goodwin, Groton, Hodgman, Ingalls, Keith, Lithgow, Megquier, Merrill, Smith, Sweat, Talbot, Thayer and Webb, 20.
