Resolve in aid of a road in Penobscot county came up from the House having refused the same a passage. The Senate adhere to their vote passing Resolve to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill relative to fees taxed in the courts of Justices of the Peace was read a second time and indefinitely postponed. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to annex a part of the town of Brownfield to Denmark was read a second time and referred to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence.

The petition of Daniel Anthony and others, to be incorporated into a Manufacturing Company came up from the House referred to the next Legislature. The Senate nonconcur the House in said reference and refer the same to Messrs. Porter, Talbot and Eastman.

Resolve in favour of Gardner Lyceum was taken up and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

The conferees on a Bill respecting Judicial process, having made their report on the subject, said Act was referred to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Farmington Falls Hemp Company was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed, in concurrence.
