Bridgham, Burnham, Davee, Dunlap, Eastman, Emerson, Gibson, Goodwin, Groton, Hodgman, Hunton, Keith, Lithgow, Megquier, Merrill, Smith, Sweat, Talbot, Thayer, Thompson, and Webb - 21. Nays - Messrs.
