Farm Company; came from the Senate reference to the next Legislature - The House recede and concur.

Bill - an act creating a corporation for the purpose of constructing a Turnpike road in the town of Calais, came from the Senate to passage refused - The House insist upon their vote passing the same. Sent up for concurrence.

Leave to withdraw, was granted in concurrence on sundry petitions from towns in the Counties of Oxford & Somerset praying that said towns may be annexed to the County of Kennebec

Report on the petition of Elijah Wood & others, reforming the same to the next Legislature was read & ordered to lie upon the table.

Report of the Committee on agriculture on "an act to protect persons from damage in their mowing garden, village &c - referring the same to the next Legislature, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

The Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals reported that they have acted on all papers in their possession and asked leave to be discharged from any further service - and the House accepted the same in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve for establishing Board of Internal Improvements, came from the Senate amended for concurrence - The House nonconcur the Senate in their amendment at A further amend the Bill at B, and pass it to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.
