Mr Bradbury from the Conferees on the part of the Senate to which was referred a disagreement of the two Houses in relation to a "Resolve to amend the Constitution relative to the time of the annual sessions of the Legislature and the time of the annual State elections," made a report recommending each House to adhere to their former vote, read and accepted.
