Bill to annex part of the territory north of Albion in the county of Kennebec to said town, was read once & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill - additional act to increase the salary of the Register of Probate for the county of Penobscot, was read once and tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 2nd reading.

The Committee on Banks & Banking to whom was referred the petition of George H. Delesdernier & others reported a Bill - to incorporate the Washington County Bank, which was read once and tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a second reading.

The Committee on the Judiciary reported Bill regulating attachments on real estate, which was once read & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 2nd reading.

The Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals to whom was referred the petition of Philemon Higgins reported leave for a Bill - and the House accepted the report. Sent up for concurrence.

An order came from the Senate instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of amending & making further provisions in the license law passed March 13, 1834 - and the House concurred.

Orders of notice on petitions of William Fitch & others & of Thomas Ridlon & others were read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
