86 Mr Emmons from the Committee on the Judiciary to which were referred the petition of Selectmen of Goldborough Ellsworth Eden Aurora Waltham Amherst Hancock and Mt Desert praying for removal of the Shiretown of the County of Hancock from Castine to Ellsworth; also the remonstrance thereto from Sullivan and from bluehill, made a report asking to be discharged from the further consideration therof and recommending the reference of the same to the Joint Standing Committee on the Division of Alteration of Counties read and accepted
