Leave of absence was granted to Messrs Gross of Danville Weeks of Parsonsfield, Reed of Lewiston Hall of Startford and Dobbier of Kinefield from and after Wednesday next and Mr Stubbard of North Berwick after Thursday each during the remainder of the session

Report of Conferees on the part of the House having met the conferees on the part of the Senate upon the subject of difference between the two branches in reference to a Bill entitled an Act to enlarge the Jurisdiction of Justices of the PEace being unable to agree recommend that the House adhere to its former vote passing the Bill to be engrossed read and accepted and the House adhere to their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed

Resolve in favour of Mark Stairs was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate sent up

Mr Knowles of Wellington has leave of absence from and after Wednesday next during the remainder of the session
