Resolve in favour of Joseph Sewall was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Report on Petition of Abijah Smith and others _____ on Petition of Edwin Smith and others referring the same to the next Legislature was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Ordered that when the this House adjourn, it adjourn until tomorrow morning at 6 o'clock and the Clerk acquainted the Senate therewith requesting their concurrence and the Senate concurred.

Report on an order relative to the alteration of a resolve providing for the promulgation of the Laws of the State referring the same to the next Legislature, was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
