Met according to adjournment

On motion by Mr Humphrey of Gray Ordered that the Clerk cause a book case to be erected on each side of the Speaker between the windows not to exceed eight inches in depth at the expense of the State.

Bill an act to incorporate the Proprietors of the Hampden House, reported by the Committee on the petition of Enoch Brown & others, was read 1st & 2d time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a third reading.

Petitions of Freemans Bank for an increase of capital -

- " Ticonic Bank for an increase of capital - - " Thomaston Bank for the same - - " Oliver Buckley & others for a Bank at Westbrook - were severally read & referred to the Committee on Banks and Banking. Sent up for concurrence
