Resolve to establish a board of Internal Improvements was taken up when Mr Cilley of Thomaston moved to refer the resolve to the next Legislature and publish the same in all the papers that publish the laws of the State the motion on referring the same was taken by Yeas and Nays and decided in the negative Yeas 66 Nays 94 ( See appendix page) The resolve was their amended and before any further question was taken thereon, an adjournment was called for
