Order from the House of representatives, instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire whether further legislation in necessary to authorize the County Commissioners for the County of Penobscot to locate County roads over lands belonging to and in possession of the Penobscot Tribe of Indians -read and passed in concurrence.
Order from the House of Representatives, instructing the Committee on the State Prison to inquire into the expediency of providing for the appointment of a Committee to repair to Thomaston and examine into the concerns of the State Prison -read and passed in concurrence.
