Mr Boutelle Waterville has leave of absence from and after tomorrow during the remainder of the session.

Mr Morrill of Limerick has leave of absence from and after this day during the remainder of the session

Bill to incorporate the Kennebec Log Driving Company, was read 1st and 2nd time and Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill creating the Village of Augusta into a corporation for certain purposed, was read a 3rd time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill authorizing the erection of a Dam across Winegance Creek, was read 1st and 2nd time and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill making legal the testimony of parties in certain cases, laid on the table by Mr Perkkins of Kennebunkport was read 1st and 2nd time and Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for 3rd reading.
