137 The Joint Select Committee, to which were referred the returns of vote in the several towns and plantations in the State of Maine agreeably to a Resolve of March 7th, 1834, entitled "Resolve proposing an amendment to the Constitution of this State", made a report that the amendments proposed by said Resolve have been adopted agreeably to the provisions of the Constitution and are accordingly a part of said Constitution - read and accepted, in concurrence
