395 Bill to enable the proprietors of the Megunticook Meetinghouse to sell the same, relative to indictments against towns for neglect to repair their highways to prohibit Constables from acting as Attornies to parties in suits at law, to repeal an Act entitled an Act requiring a Sluiceway to be constructed on the Meduxnekeag Stream and for other purposes, concerning toll Bridges additional to an Act to establish the Sagadahock Ferry Company to incorporate the Waldoborough Academy and Female High School and the same were severally passed to be enacted.

A message was received, informing the Senate that the House had reconsidered the vote whereby they passed to be engrossed the Bill to establish the Fairfield Boom Corporation and amended the same, and requesting the concurrence of the Senate. The Senate reconsider their vote passing said Bill to be engrossed, adopt the amendment proposed by the House and pass the same to be engrossed as amended in concurrence.
