�"Belgium" June 23th /16 Dear Mother Your letters of Mar 21st May 2nd and May 28th just pulled out of my pack, do not know if any of them have been answered until I glance over them, but think I have written since the one dated Mar 21st. Had a short note ready for each and every one of the family - a short time ago, we got word that we had to take back some lost ground gained by the Germans, so I said to myself this must be my finish. I have been so lucky in the past, you can imagine what
