Given the paper and the handwriting, this entire document appears to a nineteenth-century copy. If so, it should be marked as such. It is extremely important for reseachers to know if and when documents were copied or if they are copies. If this is a copy, the intention behind the making of the copy has nothing to do with events in 1795 even if the text itself was first created in 1795. That intent led to the making of this document, not the original/other document from 1795. The making of a document, not just its content, matters.
