and the next from Pleasant Point. 3d When the Representative is to be chosen from Peter Danas Point, the voters of Pleasant Point shall meet [inserted] first, and give in their votes to the Agent who shall seal them in their presence and bring them to Peter Danas Point, and after receiving the votes there shall count them in the presence of the voters, and shall giving [struck out] give to the [inserted] man haveing the mjority [struck out] majority of votes, credentials to that effect. 4th When the Representative is to be chosen from Pleasant Point the voters of Peter Dana's Point shall meet first, and the Agent shall proceed in the same maner as before. 5th We hold sacred our Treaty of Peace made the 28th of February 1852
