Petition of John S Kimball & others for a Bank at Belfast - was read & referred to the Committee on Banks & Banking. Sent up for concurrence.

Notice was ordered in concurrence with the Senate on Petition of Abial Getchell & others.

Leave to withdraw on petitions of Peter Adams & William Wentworth - was reported in Senate & their accepted & sent down for concurrence - and the same was ordered to lie upon the table.

Report on Treasurers Bond that the same is good & sufficient - was accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Report on the order of the 20th ult in relation to a navy yard &c and on the order of the 18th ult in relation to limiting the existence of corporations, that Legislation is inexpedient, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
