Report on petition of John Barker granting leave to withdraw was called up & referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence

Leave to Withdraw was reported in the petition of Levi H Pratt & others and the report was accepted. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act in addition to the several acts now in force regulating partition fences & the impounding of Cattle damage feasant, came from the Senate referred to the Committee on the Judiciary for concurrence & the House concurred.

The Order of the 4th. inst moved by Mr Emery of Montville & passed this House at that date came from the Senate indefinitely postponed for concurrence & the House concurred.

Bill - An Act to fix the compensation of superintending School Committees, came from the Senate that body insisting upon their vote passing the same to be engrossed. The House insist upon their vote of the 9th inst. indefinitely postponing this Bill.

Petition of Thomas Nason & others of Crawford for a tax on dogs - was read & referred to the Committee on Finance and Petition of James Sargent & others of Barring for authority to raise money for Highways & was read & referred to the same Committee
